CARP FISHING EQUIPMENT CHECKLIST

When i depart for a carp fishing trip the last thing i do before i close the door behind me is check that i have everything that i need.

Below is a basic checklist that i use.

There is nothing worse than turning up for a session and realising that you have forgotten something.

And if you have travelled a million miles from home, it certainly is not a good start.

Of course this is my own personal checklist and it can be changed to suit yourself.

Alarms + spare batteries

Indicators

Landing net + Pole

Tackle Boxes

Lead Bag

Rig Wallet

Bivvy / Shelter

Sleeping Bag

Bedchair / Rollmat & Chair

Bivvy Table

Weigh Sling, Carp Sack & Unhooking mat

Scales & Forceps

Catapult Throwing Stick

Camera + spare batteries

Headlamp + spare batteries

Note book & Fishing Licence

Spods

Hookbaits, glugs & dips

Loosefeed Boilies & Groundbait

Food & Water

Coffee, sugar & milk

Cooking pots, plates, mugs & KFS

Stove & spare fuel

First Aid Kit Washing & Shaving Kit

Mobile Phone (Battery Fully Charged)

Spare warm clothes & socks

Waders / Wellies

Mozzie headnet & repellent

People say i always take too much gear, but i have a little saying..............

Its better to "have it and not need it" than "need it and not have it"!!!!!!
