The sideways bead is only the top one to adjust the depth of the "silt rig" so it grips the leadcore.
But i thought i shown you that and explained at Balla when we made them.

yep there was a genuine reason for that set up and i made it just to show GuTe how to do it. It wasn't a "Let's see what we can build after 2 bottles of Gaymers Old English Cider and half a crate of cheap beer".
I caught my 11.4kg Härlanda Common on that rig, funnily enough

Thats the way we made it on the day.
I like to make my hooklengths longer when useing them with the "Helicopter Rig" as they are less prone to tangleing. Plus it keeps the hookbait just that little bit further away from the lead for those easily spooked carp (if there is such a thing in Sweden)
I shorten them when useing the Semi-Fixed bolt rig method as they do have a habit of getting fouled up, especially if it is a limp braid hooklength & you are banging them out at long distance.

Firstly we are not complaining about anything, we are having a discussion.
And even if we were complaining, what has it got to do with you? You obviously don't have anything interesting to say, but hey thats just you.
Secondly, if you had read what i had written, you would realise that its complete dickheads like you with your pathetic comments that i am actually talking about when i said :

Maybe I was unclear. You seem to be making really nice rigs. I mean the people who complains at your riggs should get a life. It is obvious that you love your carps and I don't think you would hurt them if it can be avoided. Sometimes people just to look at complain at anything, they need to get a life.
