Jerkbaits Sankt Anna

Hi,

with a group of 4 people we will come to sweden - Sankt Anna - in june for one week.

Aim ist pikes and sea trout!

Which jerkbaits would you recommend:
Big Bandit, Buster Jerk - sinking or suspending?
Have heard that the herring will be there during these days so a good colour should be blue...?

What about the seat trout - do we have a chance in june..?

Hi,

Both Big Bandit and Buster Jerk is good for catching pikes in june. I would recommend sinking because the fish is probably a bit deeper then in the spring.

Its true that the herring is there in may and june but I would'nt choose color on my pike baits depending on that fact. When fishing for the sea trout you should use colors that loke like the herring. If you want a chance to catch a sea trout in june you have to fish in the outer end of the archipelago because everywhere else the water is to warm.
