Far more sexy than cork!!!
I think I fish, in part, because it's an anti-social, bohemian business that, when gone about properly, puts you forever outside the mainstream culture without actually landing you in an institution. It's a nice position. No one considers you to be dangerous, but very little is expected of you.

Ouch, looks like a nasty accident, William. Good to hear that you are ok. Your rod looks really nice. Custom built by Dave Lumb is really something, that is one innovative and cool fella! I'd really enjoyed some of the articles on his homepage, for instance the one about walk trolling! How cool is that!? Still waiting for my first "walk trolled" pike!
