Could someone please tell me about this "cookie" thing??

Everytime i log in the next page tells me im not logged in, i know im a dumb engelsman but this is seriously beginning to get on my tits!!!

1. Doubleklick at the "eye with the red stopsign" in Internet Explorer.
2. Rightclick at an adress that contains "dyndns.org" and choose "always accept cookies from this site".
3. Press "Close".

If you place the mouse arrow on an picture, an adress will be shown on the lower grey "field" on the monitor. on that "field" you have an eye with a red circle with an white stripe on. doubleclick that icon, and mark one of the adresses that apear. Then rightclick and chose always accept cookies (acceptera alltid cookies från den här platsen)..

I was beginning to pull my hair out there as i couldnt find anything in the "Help" page.
