I think I fish, in part, because it's an anti-social, bohemian business that, when gone about properly, puts you forever outside the mainstream culture without actually landing you in an institution. It's a nice position. No one considers you to be dangerous, but very little is expected of you.

For my own fishing I've used hemp quite a few times, neve rhas hookbait though. I Have used it in feedermix and also in groundbaitmix for prebaiting in summer when the fish tend to feed more frequently. Have had pretty good results and my personal best Ide was actually tempted by hempseed in the feedermix
If i feel there is a situation where I can achieve something positive from baiting up the swim, i hardly ever doubt to present hempseed among the ingredients in my bowl...
Small carp, big carp, rare carp, different carp, wild carp, difficult carp, and then just carp again...

You can use hemp seed as hook bait, on small hooks for roach, or use bogey on bigger hooks for bigger fish. Ive not tried the bogy stuff myself so I dont know how well it works.

Man kan köpa fake-hampa som går att fästa på hairrig/på liten krok. Sen fiska det bland hampa. Thanks Waterlog! I've never used hemp myself so my knowledge is somewhat rudimentary... Do you have to boil it longer or anything like that to make it suitable for hookbait?
